  • What is online banking?

    Online Banking is a tool that allows you to use a personal computer with an Internet connection to conduct your banking online.

  • How do I activate my card?

    When your new card arrives, you'll need to activate it before you can use it. The quickest way to do this is by contacting us via support to activate your card, available 24/7! All you'll need is your card number and your date of birth.

  • How do I change my password?

    After you have logged in, you can change your password using the "Change password" option. You have to type your current password and the new password you have chosen in their respective boxes

  • How do I transfer funds another account?

    We make it easy for you to wire money from your account. Simply log in to online banking, select Move Money, and select the Wire Transfers option.
